In the event that the venue or product is of lower quality than the standard you booked, Goyourpoint has a policy to take care of customers completely. Please contact the customer service department as soon as possible. We will contact the supplier to negotiate a free upgrade. If the upgrade is not possible, you will receive a refund of the price difference (not exceeding 2 times the average price per day) so that you receive the highest satisfaction in using the service.

If there is any change to your booking after confirmation, Goyourpoint will fully coordinate with you to provide you with an equivalent or better venue or product. However, if when you arrive at the service time, the venue or product as booked is not available, please contact the customer service department immediately. The Goyourpoint team will coordinate with the supplier to provide a venue or product of the same or higher standard as soon as possible so that you can receive the service with confidence and utmost satisfaction.
