1. Start by clicking on the “Sign In” button located at the top right corner of the screen. You will then be presented with the option to create a new account.

2. Select the "Create Account" button, which will take you to the registration form. In this step, please fill in your personal information completely, especially your first name, last name, and email address that you will use to contact and verify your identity in the future.

3. Set a secure password for your account. This password should be long and contain a variety of characters to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Once you have verified your information, click the "Apply for membership" button to submit your application information.

5. After you have successfully registered, you will receive a verification email to your registered email address. Please check your email and click on the link in the email to verify your account. Once the verification is complete, your account will be ready for use.

If you want to check the details of your booking, you can log into your account and select the "My Bookings" menu. In this menu, you will find all the bookings you have made, including the status of the booking, whether it is confirmed or in progress. The system will display complete booking details so that you can check the information and track your booking conveniently.

There are a variety of convenient payment methods available so you can choose the one that best suits your needs, including:

• Instant Payment via System: You can choose to pay via credit or debit card, which will ensure that your booking is confirmed quickly and securely.

• Bank Transfer: If you prefer to make a direct bank transfer via bank account, we have bank accounts that support multiple currencies for our customers' convenience. Please note that bank transfers may take a few minutes to be verified before booking is confirmed.

2. The system will display a login window. Please fill in the email address used for registration and the password set during the registration process.

3. Once you have filled in all the information and verified the accuracy, click the "Login" button to enter the main page of your personal account.

In case you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so directly through our online system on our website. However, cancellation of your booking may incur additional fees depending on the cancellation policy of the venue or product you booked. Information on fees and cancellation conditions can be checked in the booking details of each venue so that you are aware of the requirements before canceling.

You will typically receive a booking confirmation email within 30 minutes of completing your booking. This email will include a PDF file of your booking confirmation. If you do not receive the email in due time, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure that it was not sent to that folder. You can also log into your account and go to "My Bookings" to download your booking confirmation or set it up so that it is sent to your email again.
